3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Rarified Life will use it to send you SMS text messages, primarily to remind you of upcoming appointments and coaching sessions and to send related scheduling notifications.
● No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
● Text messages may be sent using an automated system. Message frequency will vary depending on your appointment schedule and account activity.
● Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
● You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may reply “HELP” for help. After opting out, you may still receive a final confirmation message.
● Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your access to purchased coaching or program content, but may affect our ability to remind you of scheduled appointments.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
● Service Providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, scheduling, email marketing and CRM, website analytics (Google Analytics / Google Workspace), and advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google Ads), solely for the purposes of operating our business.

As noted above, SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
